Issuing invoices

The invoice for payment of the subscription is issued automatically, usually within 3 days of confirmation of payment. However, as we do not register CPF/CNPJ data, the invoice is only issued to the e-mail address registered, as an UNIDENTIFIED TAXPAYER. If you wish to include CPF or CNPJ details on your invoice, please contact suporte@hml2.stract.to with the following details:

• FULL NAME OR COMPANY NAME
• CPF OR CNPJ
• FULL ADDRESS
• ZIP CODE
• STATE
• CITY

The data sent will be recorded in the note-issuing system. Future notes will be updated. Previously issued notes will remain as UNIDENTIFIED BOTTOM.
