How to connect your Hotmart account

To use the Hotmart connector on Stract, you need to create your access credentials via API on the Hotmart platform:

Creating your credentials on the Hotmart platform

You must create the credentials on the Hotmart platform that will be inserted in the stract sidebar:

1. Access your Hotmart account at: https://app-vlc.hotmart.com/login
2. In the left-hand side menu, click on Tools
3. Then click on Hotmart Credentials
4. Click on Create Credential
5. Choose a name and click Confirm
6. Locate the credential you created, click on the three dots in the Actions column and then on Authentication parameters.
7. The Client ID, Client Secret and Basic credentials will be generated

Connecting to your Hotmart account

The last step in the configuration is to connect the credentials created earlier to the stract sidebar:

1. Open a blank spreadsheet
2. Click on Add-ons, then Stract and finally Launch
3. Fill in the Client ID, Client Secret and Basic fields with the credentials generated on the Hotmart platform.
4. Enter a name for the account in Account Name (can be any name)
5. Click OK
6. That’s it, you can use the Hotmart connector

Member area data

To extract data from the Hotmart Club (members’ area) you need to enter the domain, for example: your hotmart url is companyname.club.hotmart.com.

In this case, you should only enter the company name (subdomain) in the sidebar. You can enter more than one domain using a comma, for example: nomedaempresa1,nomedaempresa2.
